At Carlinalashes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of eyelash products, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely place the unopened lashes in their original packaging, ensuring the security seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
